3. Exercise is going to be a great way to beat the depression. Consider putting on your tennis shoes and putting your baby in a stroller and taking them for a walk around the block. The child is going to love going for a walk and mom is going to get the vitamin D that she needs to give her enough energy to take care of her family.

Let’s face it, who has the time to fix healthy meals when we have a  newborn in our house, and are hardly getting any sleep?  Green smoothies are probably the fastest snack or meal-replacement that you can get – just blend some fresh fruits and greens together with a cup of water for a quick fix.  Don’t let the color scare you off!
